The Faculty Office has launched its biennial Consumer Survey of users of notarial services. When we carried out this survey in 2022, we received 160 responses which was very encouraging.
This year we would like to reach an even wider cross-section of notarial service users and we would ask every notary to encourage at least two clients to complete the survey please.
The survey should only take about 5 minutes to complete and can be completed anonymously. However, if your client is willing to leave their contact email address, a draw will take place on 24th June to pick one recipient of a £200 John Lewis/Waitrose voucher by way of a thank you for their participation in the survey.
